To download our podcasts to iTunes (version 4.9 or higher), follow these steps:

• Highlight and copy the podcast feed url that appears in this box:
  
  
  
  
• Open iTunes
  
  
• Click on the 'Advanced' menu item from the top menu bar
  
  
• Choose 'Subscribe to Podcast'
  
  
• In the window that opens, paste the copied feed url in the text box
  
  
• Click OK
  
  
• Your iTunes playlist will display the podcast with individual episodes
  
  
• To hear a show, click the 'Get' button next to the show name
